Lisa Keutman created self-help programs to teach research-based strategies to retrain the brain to overcome anxiety, self-doubt, depression, and stress overwhelm.
We have worked together to build her brand and program through uploading a weekly blog, marketing on Pinterest and Facebook, and helping to develop the “Flourish” program assets. To go along with the virtual program “Flourish”, I was tasked with creating quarterly journals and weekly worksheets. I worked closely with Lisa to design and choose image assets to go along with her brand methods. Together we came to the conclusion that worksheets that let individuals add their own personality were more effective in keeping attention. I would review the copy and videos for each week and design a worksheet that helped her clients to breakdown the information and be engaged with the worksheet as well.

In the first few weeks of the journal, there are steps to help you along the way. This includes examples, program videos to go along with certain pages, and more in depth questions to answer. Deeper into the journal the pages allow more room to write and expound upon your entry’s.
the FLOURISH Inner Circle Website
The Flourish Program is designed to break the patterns that keep you stuck by moving through a 5 stage growth path and using a simple journaling method designed to retrain the brain and create new habits that uplift your mood and up-level your life.
We worked together to create a space where clients who joined the Flourish program could view weekly videos, ask questions and receive downloadable worksheets. I uploaded videos weekly into there designated section of the program. Each training section or stage in the program also allows the client to download a transcription or audio version of the video is desired.
